About The Role

Ahria Consulting is inviting applications from candidates who are seeking a CEO opportunity with a community agency, Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners. This person will possess a unique blend of strategic vision, interpersonal skills, and financial expertise to drive AlzSWP’s mission forward: to provide community and person-centered support and education to those impacted by dementia.

Your purpose will be to lead an organization dedicated to supporting people living with dementia and their care partners. You will support advancing research and collaborate closely with the Society and Foundation Boards to shape future direction. You will inspire and guide a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative work environment, while also building and strengthening relationships with healthcare systems and community partners to enhance impact and support.

AlzSWP are seeking someone with a collaborative nature. Your financial acumen will be crucial as you oversee budgetary matters and optimize resources, ensuring their sustainability and growth.  If you can stay calm and composed in the face of challenges and guide a team with grace and stability towards achieving AlzSWP’s goals, we invite you to apply and be part of a transformative journey.

You will need these qualifications:

  • University degree in healthcare, public health, administration management, or community care.
  • Preferred master’s degree in business administration or health administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public health, community care, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with Boards of Directors and health system partners.
  • Proficiency in financial management, Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.
